Navigating Life’s Storms
Life is a journey filled with unpredictable twists and turns. It’s a rollercoaster of highs and lows, never meant to be a smooth ride. Sometimes, we long for the highs, thinking they’d be easier, but they bring their own challenges. Maintaining that elevated state requires immense energy and can breed anxiety when we inevitably falter.
